For all of your fresh fruit and vegetable needs pay a visit to the Grohs vegetable stand, located across the street from Rip-Off-Ricks. You will not be disappointed. You will fall in love with both Mr. and Mrs. Grohs. They are down-to-Earth people who put their customers first. You are their number one priority and it shows. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

You will find only the freshest fruits and vegetables. I have purchased peaches, tomatoes, squash, watermelon, cantelope, onions and corn on the cob.They have the best peaches I have ever eaten. I was extremely happy with all of my purchases and the best thing was that I could taste each individual taste and you won't find that with store bought. That only comes from Georgia-grown! Don’t forget to check out the quality pictures they sell as well. Be sure sure to tell them the Ward's sent you.

Ingredients



* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
* Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
* Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
* *Summer Squash, 2 medium (remove)
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
* *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, undrained
Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving (remove)
* Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove) undrained
* Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
* Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cup (remove)

you can substitute frozen vegetables or a stir fry mix to cut your prep time

Directions

in a saute pan put in onion, garlic, spices and bell pepper cook on medium heat until onion is clear. Then add rest of ingredients except Parmesan cheese and spaghetti noodles, add about one cup of water and cook until vegetables are tender. Cook spaghetti by directions on package. Serve the vegetables over spaghetti noodles add Parmesan cheese to taste.
