The next Bluegrass concert at Andalusia happens Saturday, November 5, from 5- 8 p.m. 

Redline Express returns this year to provide several hours of bluegrass music. 

A group of volunteers will also be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs, donated by Sodexo (Georgia College). 

You can bring your own picnic or purchase food after you arrive.  Bring chairs and flashlights!

Louis Kaduk will offer a guided nature walk on Lower Tobler Creek Trail at 4 p.m. before the music begins.  

Kaduk supervised the restoration of the pond and the construction of the nature trail. 

The one-mile hike will begin and end at the Lower Tobler Creek Trail sign next to the driveway. 

Each year since 2004, the Foundation has hosted a Bluegrass concert on the front lawn at Andalusia.  

A new shooting range at Cedar Creek Wildlife Management Area will be available beginning Friday, October 14, 2011 for those interested in perfecting their target skills. 

That's according to a Georgia Department of Natural Resources news release.

While this is the first shooting range located at the Cedar Creek WMA, it is one of 17 shooting ranges currently available on public land in Georgia.

The new range is located in the Georgia Piedmont near Eatonton.

The Cedar Creek Shooting Range consists of a 10-position, 100-yard rifle/pistol range.
