Georgia Cancer Support is hosting a fishing rodeo for kids with cancer and their families in Jones County.

That's on May 25 from 9 a.m. until noon.

Professional fishermen will be there to teach kids how to fish. That's at 141 Salem Church Road.

The event is free.

Last year they had over 100 cancer patients there.

Some mixed news for allergy sufferers:

While the tree pollen count is still high at 1420, that's down from last Wednesday's 3,600 count, according to Dr. Plaxico's Allergy and Asthma Clinic in Macon.

Weeds and grass pollen count is now in the moderate range. That count is up from last week when the weed pollen was absent and the grass count was observed as low.

The band performs cover songs such as classic songs from The Allman Brothers, Otis Redding, Jimi Hendrix, and The Beatles. The band also writes originals showing off their artistic side. Analog Reunion offers the area something unique and different as the music appeals to all ages.
