After a long debate the Deep Roots Festival Committee decided to send in six nomination packets.
The Deep Roots Festival Committee was excited to bring home awards in four categories, three silver wins and one gold. Winning gold two years in a row is the Best Event Photograph, by photographer, Ryan Meyers.
Meyers captured an amazing shot of the band the Givers looking into a crowd of fans.
The three silver awards go to Best T-Shirt, Best Poster, and Best Event Program. Jimmy Holder has been the creative genius for the Deep Roots design campaign since the festivals inception.
Main Street Director, Carlee Schulte says “It’s an honor to work with such a great committee each year to host the Deep Roots Festival. The event has an enormous economic impact on our community and creates great publicity for our City.”
